Halsey reveals new music is coming "sooner than you think"
Last night marked night one of Halsey‘s two intimate era shows where she performed her album Badlands in full. On top of an incredible and mind-blowing performance, a few fans also received some very good news in regards to our emo queen’s forthcoming new music.
Brace yourselves, Halsey fans: It looks like we may not have to wait much longer.

Earlier this week, Halsey announced she would be playing two intimate shows at Webster Hall where she would perform Badlands and hopeless fountain kingdom in full, one on each night.
Last night, it felt like we were leaving Room 93 all over again as fans were welcomed back to the Badlands with mesmerizing performances, creating a night neither Halsey or her fans could possibly forget.

Outside of Webster Hall, Halsey revealed to fans what we’ve all been dying to hear.
“There’s new music coming sooner than you think.”
Fans immediately began asking if it was May 17 after rumors and fan theories surfaced regarding the intimate show ticket sale release time of 5:17 p.m. EST. Halsey simply replied, “I have no idea what you’re talking about.”

Halsey’s cryptic teasing continued earlier this week, posting a link in her social media bios that directs fans to a site where they can sign up for email alerts and proceed to share what their worst nightmare ever was.
The teasers left fans speculating that the next era could be darker.
