A Harry Potter reunion just happened and our muggle hearts can’t take it.

Judging from a new Instagram post, it appears that sweet Gryffindor student Neville Longbottom was tempted to join the dark side…well, actor Matthew Lewis was anyways.

Tom Felton, who played the somewhat villainous Draco Malfoy in the series, tried to tempt Lewis to join Gryffindor’s rival Hogwarts house, Slytherin, over the weekend.

Adding the caption “See how close he was to converting,” the picture shows Lewis looking rather annoyed with Felton as he tries to give Lewis a backpack featuring the Slytherin house crest (you know, to recruit Lewis to Malfoy’s Hogwarts home.)

Lewis later posted the photo to his own Instagram, where posted: “Take your Slytherin paws off me, you damn dirty ape!”

Unfortunately, it looks like Draco is going to have to recruit someone else because Neville certainly isn’t joining Slytherin anytime soon.

While the post showcased a recruitment-gone-wrong, our muggle hearts are still swooning at the Harry Potter reunion.

It was recently reported that all eight of the Harry Potter movies were returning to theaters in anticipation for the release of Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes Of Grindelwald.

The magical return of the series will run from Aug. 31 to Sept 6. During that time, Potterheads can head to their nearest Cinemark chain to see any of the eight Harry Potter movies and Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them.

Cinemark has more than 140 Cinemark XD locations where the event will take place.

You can check out locations near you and grab tickets for the event here.
