Hayley Williams shouts out ‘Queer Eye’ participant for Good Dye Young look

If you’ve seen all of season 3 of Queer Eye, you’ll remember Jess — the Paramore superfan who showed off her sweet tattoo for the band on the show.

The tattoo says “Last Hope” and is dedicated to her favorite song by the group.

Now, she’s showing off her love of Hayley Williams’ beauty company Good Dye Young, and even got some recognition from Williams for her look.

Jess shared a video of her new (amazing) purple hair with the caption “ppl eater” which is the name of the product.

Williams saw the post and quote tweeted it.

“My girl Jess got the look @gooddyeyoung,” she wrote.

We’re freaking out for Jess, but knowing how much she loves Paramore, she definitely is excited too.

Many of her fans even responded to the Queer Eye star to celebrate her getting some love from one of our favorite women in the scene.

Besides Jess rocking the purple, she also shared photos of her sporting the blue poser paste from GDY.

Outside of just Paramore getting named dropped in the latest season, Alkaline Trio did too.

“What is the song that can best describe how you feel in this very moment,” hairdresser Jonathan Van Ness asks in an episode. “And don’t let it be some shit I’ve never heard of. I don’t want it to be Alkaline Trio, like some rock band I don’t know.”

However, this isn’t the first time that members close to the scene have been involved with the show. Last July, fans apparently wanted Post Malone to undergo a makeover.

After getting an overflowing number of requests to perform an overhaul on the rapper, the Fab Five’s culture aficionado, Karamo Brown took to Twitter to ask what all of the fuss was about.

Soon enough, Post Malone caught sight of the tweet and said it was because fans thought he was “ugly and smell[y].”

Season 3 of Queer Eye premiered on Netflix on March 15.  You can check out the trailer for the latest season below.
