This adorable Japanese mascot plays children’s show theme song, death metal-style
Following in the footsteps of the death metal and beer-loving Hello Kitty character released back in January, Japan is back at it again with the adorable characters gone metal.
A new video has surfaced, and it features the theme song "Anpanman's March," taken from the popular Japanese children's television show called Soreike! Anpanman, in a heavier version that’s sure to please any metal fan. (via Metal Injection)

The anime series is one of the most popular among young children in Japan. It follows the adventures of Anpanman, a superhero who protects the world from Baikinman.
The Anpanman characters appear on many children's products in Japan, including everything from clothes and video games to toys and snacks.
