“The song 'Sway' is about this entire world that exists inside my head,” says singer Joshua Gilbert. “Getting lost in thoughts and over analyzing everything. The video portrays the complexity of living inside ones mind. It's a beautiful yet confusing dilemma.”

Time Spent, the band’s new record, is out today on Blood & Ink Records.
