Earlier this week, I DONT KNOW HOW BUT THEY FOUND ME (IDKhow) partnered with AP to present exclusive photos from the set of their “Do It All The Time” video. Now, we finally get to see the video in action.

The duo consisting of Dallon Weekes and Ryan Seaman just dropped the new track in August while also announcing their signing to Fearless Records.

The band take their name from a line in
Back To The Future and embrace the concept that they’re a lost act from the late ‘70s/early ‘80s who never quite made it. However, their music has recently been unearthed thanks to modern technology and they’re resurrecting the tracks for today’s generation.

The video plays up the futuristic element, working in robots and a retro vibe. The clip’s description also reads:

“This footage was first thought to be a conceptual art piece produced by the band before making music videos had become standard music industry practice. While the exact date and circumstances under which it was produced are unclear, the anonymous donor of the footage claims that it had been screened to students for nearly twenty years as part of the public school curriculum, until its use was discontinued in 1984…”

IDKhow are looking mighty futuristic, which you can check out below.

“Do It All The Time” is taken from IDKHow’s debut 1981 Extended Play. The six-track EP drops Nov. 9 via Fearless, and preorders are available now.

IDKhow will be joining Super Whatevr, NG and De’Wayne Jackson in opening for Waterparks’ Entertainment tour this fall. You can check out a full list of dates below.
