Listen to Interpol's new song "Number 10"
NYC rockers Interpol have just dropped the second single from their upcoming sixth album, Marauder. Below, listen to the raw “Number 10” — it follows last month’s reveal of first single “The Rover” — and pre-order Marauder right here.

“Number 10” begins with an extended, ethereal guitar figure from Interpol string-slinger Daniel Kessler before exploding into a fuzzy, propulsive anthem. Produced by Dave Fridmann, it’s the (surprise!) tenth track on Marauder.
“Marauder is a facet of myself,” Interpol singer Paul Banks recently said of the album’s theme. “The guy that fucks up friendships and does crazy shit. He taught me a lot, but it’s representative of a persona that’s best left in song. In a way, this album is like giving him a name and putting him to bed.”
Marauder is out Aug. 24.
