Jawbreaker, Paramore, A Day To Remember, Taking Back Sunday, more announced for Riot Fest

The first wave of bands has been announced for this year’s Riot Fest Chicago, and they’re proving once again that Riot Fest is the place to be. Jawbreaker, Nine Inch Nails and Queens Of The Stone Age are headlining, with Paramore, A Day To Remember, Taking Back Sunday, New Found Glory, and many, many more set to make an appearance.

Other notable acts include ’80s post-punk pioneers New Order, Prophets of Rage, M.I.A., Wu-Tang Clan, a DJ set from Beastie Boys’ Mike D, an exclusive 40th anniversary set by punk hardcore legends Bad Brains and special appearances by Ministry and Vic Mensa.

Riot Fest will be revealing select artists who will be performing their seminal album for the festival tomorrow, and the remaining 25+ bands will be announced in May.

The festival will once again feature 40 unique food vendors, along with a full-scale carnival with rides, games of chance and of course, the Hellzapoppin’ Sideshow Revue freak show.

Riot Fest will be held Sept. 15-17 at Douglas Park. Three-day passes go on sale today at noon CT, with general Admission and VIP options available via Ticketfly here.
