Jeffree Star is giving away more cash to fans impacted by the pandemic
When the coronavirus pandemic hit North America back in March, Jeffree Star decided to use his platform to help those in need. Star took to Twitter to help out his fans who were facing various hardships in their lives. Through CashApp, he donated various amounts of money that ranged from $250 to $30,000 which one lucky fan received.
Today, it appears that Star is helping his fans out again with the help of the hashtag #JeffreeStarApproved.
After Star gave out his donations to fans back in March, someone tried to impersonate Star on CashApp. The impersonator went around and asked people to send money through the app. Star quickly took to social media to announce that it was all a scam.
However, Star isn't letting the impersonation incident stop him from giving back again. The makeup mogul is using his social media platform again to do some good for his fans. On Tuesday, Star took to Twitter to announce that he will be donating money to fans needing support during this difficult time.
At the moment, #JeffreeStarApproved is already trending on Twitter. Thousands of fans are using the hashtag to show how a cash donation will help them right now. Various personal stories are being shared through the hashtag thread.
Parents with children are saying a donation would greatly help them to provide for their families. Individuals are sharing that they have lost their jobs due to the pandemic and are struggling to get by. Others are sharing touching stories of their loved ones that are dealing with health problems, financial problems and more during this difficult time.
