Jesse Cannon releases 2015 edition of 'Get More Fans' book
Record producer, music industry guru, and Alt Press contributor, Jesse Cannon has released the 2015 updated edition of his book, Get More Fans: The DIY Guide To The New Music Business. This updated version of the book contains a bonus chapter on how artists can use the book in their daily life to continue building a strong fanbase, 100 new pages of updated advice on navigating the music industry, and new pointers and tips that were not present in last year's edition. The book has also been re-edited, fixing some typos and tightening up some sentences for an all-around better reading experience.
The book has been adapted from Cannon's music industry blog, Musformation, and answers the question that so many up-and-coming artists ask, “What should I be doing to build a fanbase?” Get More Fans approaches the question in 725 pages of techniques, resources, and methods artists can be using to continue adding their fanbase of any size.
