The Taking Back Sunday guitarist has announced his third solo album Abendigo out Nov. 2 and shared the lead single “Do You Remember?” via Consequence Of Sound.

“In an abstract way, “Do You Remember?” addresses our complete inability to process tragedies like mass shootings and find any kind of meaningful solutions,” Nolan tells CoS. “It’s not a hopeful song but the process of taking anger, confusion and frustration and expressing it in music is hopeful to me.”

“When people hear it I’d like it to be a way for them to help process some of that same anger and frustration in a positive way,” he continues.

The musician also shared the album’s cover on Twitter today:

Nolan is going on tour this fall in support of Abendigo. The run kicks off Nov. 6 in Charlotte, NC and wraps up Nov. 28 in Albuquerque, NM.
