The Killers' Brandon Flowers tells photographer he WON'T kick him in the face—watch

At KROQ's Almost Acoustic Christmas on Sunday, the Killers vocalist Brandon Flowers made indirect reference to Queens Of The Stone Age's Josh Homme kicking a female photographer in the face during Saturday's concert.

“I'm not gonna kick you in the face, just come on up here,” Flowers said as he brought the Killers' concert photographer Rob Loud onstage, as reported by Stereogum. “I just wanna tell you to tell all your friends that you're welcome here. And at any Killers concert, you're safe and you're respected.”

“They make us look good,” Flowers said of the photographers present. “We need to take care of these people.” Watch the exchange here:

During the show, the Killers lobbed another implied jibe at the Smiths singer Morrissey—who unsurprisingly canceled his headlining appearance at the festival—by covering a tune from the musician's popular back catalog. Watch footage of the Killers covering the Smith's “This Charming Man”:
