Brought to us from LyricFind, the company that brought fully legal lyrics to search engines and lyric sites, Toronto-based LyricMerch allows fans to pull from their huge database of songs to design their own merchandise.

The website is super easy to use. All you have to do is format the words any way you want through an easy-to-use design interface, and then the service will custom print your creation.

Fans are able to put lyrics on just about anything: shirts, sweatshirts, phone cases, hoodies, shower curtains, mugs, you name it.

Plus, the very best part is that rightsholders get royalty payments for the use of their workso your favorite band gets a kickback from your custom product.

“We see this as a win-win for songwriters and artists, and for fans who love their lyrics,” says Darryl Ballantyne, CEO of LyricFind. “LyricMerch also expands the income possibilities for lyrics rightsholders, helping them make the most of an asset that is growing in significance in the digital era.”

Beside fan made designs, LyricMerch will be creating original designs for artists or labels when they need unique merch for an upcoming release or tour.

They have also partnered with six well-known fashion and lifestyle influencers that will premiere custom designs. From a reality TV star to a fashion blogger, each influencer has worked alongside LyricMerch to create unique fashion-forward pieces that represent their personal style and favorite lyric.

This exclusive collection will be available for a limited time, and you can check it out here!

“Now that lyrics have been associated once again with recordings, it’s time for them to expand further,” says Catherine Fournier, LyricFind’s Marketing Manager “The most memorable part of many songs is now a new fashion statement.”
