See how MGK celebrated ‘Tickets To My Downfall’ in the “drunk face” video
Now, MGK is showing fans just how he celebrated his album release day in the entertaining new video for "drunk face."
Directed by collaborator and friend Mod Sun, MGK used the "drunk face" video to show fans the chaotic day he had when Tickets To My Downfall was released last week. In the video, the rapper can be seen celebrating the LP's release with friends and family in multiple locations.
From traveling with his signature pink guitar to Megan Fox painting his nails hot pink, the "drunk face" video offers an exclusive look into MGK's day on Sept. 25. As well, footage of MGK being hounded by paparazzi, greeted by fans and, of course, smoking a few joints that can be seen throughout.
The "drunk face" video isn't the only video on the way from Machine Gun Kelly. Earlier this week, MGK confirmed that he and Halsey are filming a video for “forget me too.” The track is their first collaboration together and has become one of the most popular songs on Tickets To My Downfall.
Machine Gun Kelly could have his biggest chart debut yet with Tickets To My Downfall. Early reports are predicting that the album could debut at No.1 on the Billboard 200. Last year, Hotel Diablo debuted at No.5 with 39,000 equivalent units sold. Prior to this, he reached his highest chart position – No.4 – with both Lace Up and General Admission.
MGK is also having a big year at award shows. He recently took home the Best Alternative Award at the MTV Video Music Awards for “bloody valentine.” He also presented and performed the single and “my ex’s best friend” with blackbear at the award show.
More recently, he earned a Billboard Music Awards nomination for “I Think I’m OKAY” with YUNGBLUD and Barker. The song is nominated for Top Rock Song alongside Panic! At The Disco and twenty one pilots.
