See Machine Gun Kelly and Travis Barker join protesters in RATM cover

After spending his time this week joining Black Lives Matter protesters on the streets, Machine Gun Kelly linked up with Travis Barker for a cover of Rage Against The Machine‘s “Killing In The Name.”

The black and white video released today (June 4) shows footage of the duo recording the track spliced between shots composed from the ongoing protests in honor of George Floyd and fighting against police brutality.

Machine Gun Kelly has been actively participating in protests since last weekend and frequently speaking out on the ongoing issues.

Last night, he enlisted Barker for the cover and less than a day later it’s here to watch.

MGK gave a succinct description for the cover, saying “they wrote this song in 1992. Its been 28 years since and every word still applies.”
