Meat Wave stream SideOneDummy debut, 'Delusion Moon'

Chicago rockers Meat Wave are streaming their upcoming SideOneDummy Records full-length, Delusion Moon, a week ahead of its official release. One of the last albums to make the cut just before summer's end, Delusion Moon perfectly accentuates the sun-soaked season with raucous, distorted guitars, crashing drums and shouted vocals; a combo that makes for unforgettable basement shows and sweaty, cramped venues. If anything, it'll help ease you into autumn's lull with a little bit of summer fight.

Of the themes on the album, vocalist/guitarist Chris Sutter tells A.V. Club, where it premiered, “Madness, destruction, death, life, conflict, humanity, confusion & delusion. Joe began recording this almost two years ago in our practice space and his apartment. We are so fucking ecstatic and exhausted and thankful that every one can now listen to it. Turn ‘er up!”
