Linkin Park singer, songwriter and producer Mike Shinoda shared his catchy new single "In My Head," which is featured in Scream VI.

The track is a dark, electro-rock number that also features vocals from alt-pop singer Kailee Morgue. Of the song and this musical period of his life, Shinoda said in a statement: "I love that this moment is both a look backward and a look forward, releasing an anniversary retrospective of Meteora and brand-new music at the same time. My whole career, I’ve jumped from Linkin Park to solo stuff to working with others, and it feels great to dive back into that rhythm."

"In My Head" also happens to be Shinoda's first new solo material since he shared the standalone track "Happy Endings" in 2021. He also co-wrote and produced Demi Lovato’s new single “Still Alive,” which is also featured in Scream VI.

In addition to Shinoda's latest release, Linkin Park will unveil the 20th anniversary edition of Meteora April 7, which will feature the vault track "Lost."
