Modern Baseball, Superheaven, Pentimento, more featured on benefit compilation

Modern Baseball, Superheaven, Beach Slang, Head North and Pentimento are some of 62 artists featured on The Great Big Susiepalooza Comp: Volume One, which is now up for pre-prder on Bandcamp before it's release on March 25. The CD benefits the Lustgarten Foundation, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer. Lustgarten would also like to hold a benefit show called Susiepalooza.

Sue Marchetti passed away of pancreatic cancer in winter 2014. Her neighbor, the comp organizer, began Susiepalooza in July 2015. Local bands from Long Island, NY contributed to the cause through a benefit show, which raised over $3,000 for the Lustgarten Foundation. To exceed last year's success, this comp was organized.
