Circa SurviveThe Amulet – Sept. 22

Any Circa Survive fan will tell you that there's more to the band than their instantly recognizable sound; there's also the impressive longevity and a meticulous work ethic that goes into their art and themes. The band's sixth LP boasts a somehow further perfected Circa Survive brand of rock with Anthony Green's beloved vocals soaring or sailing over a foundation of airy, post-rock epics, inventive grooves and compelling poetry. It's a comprehensive journey of sonic bits and pieces gathered from everything from Juturna to Descensus.—Brian Leak

Converge – TBD – Date TBD

[From previous release]

Hardcore legends Converge are working on their ninth album, title TBD. They're keeping everything about the new album pretty hush hush, but if it sounds anything like the 7-inch EP they released in July, the brutal and melodic “I Can Tell You About Pain/Eve,” then we'll be stoked on it.—Kelsey Shawgo

CounterpartsYou’re Not You Anymore – Sept. 22

Counterparts have a knack for making heavy beautiful, and their impending third full-length release does exactly that. Mark your calendars for Sept. 22, and write yourself a reminder to check out You’re Not You Anymore because this is the album melodic hardcore needs right now. —Rabab Al-Sharif

The Homeless Gospel ChoirNormal – Aug. 18

Think you’ve got “punk” figured out? Not if you haven’t heard the Homeless Gospel Choir. Derek Zanetti is using his musical alter ego to spread a punk ideology that preaches inclusiveness, love and hope. New album Normal drops on Aug. 18 via A-F Records and features a cameo from Frank Iero, among other guests. We’re very stoked for everyone to hear it.—Jake Richardson

Fall Out Boy – M A  N   I    A – Jan. 19

Even though it may not technically be out this year anymore, two songs (“Young and Menace,” “Champion”), several music videos, a tour announcement with Jaden Smith and plenty of interviews later, we’re inches away from finally listening to Fall Out Boy’s seventh studio album M A N I A. Pete Wentz has said the new album sews “multiple eras” of their own influences, and we can’t wait to hear the final result.—Kristine Cannon

Knuckle PuckShapeshifter – Oct. 13

Knuckle Puck’s discography to this point shows a constant trend of maturation through each release, and Shapeshifter is likely to be no exception. The frenetic nature of EPs The Weight That You Buried and While I Stay Secluded brought fans to the barricade, and the 2015 full-length debut Copacetic refined the band’s sound but lost none of the passion (see: “Untitled,” “True Contrite”). Their sophomore album’s lead single “Gone” is just as forward-facing, but still hones in on what Knuckle Puck uniquely do best—which is, of course, being Knuckle Puck.—Kika Chatterjee

LightsSkin & Earth – Date TBD

Lights’ first release since 2014 will not only feature a comic book series alongside it, but will also feature an entire post-apocalyptic world created by the Canadian singer. Unlike other albums, Skin & Earth will allow you to get lost in a whole new world just like your favorite movie or book.—Jordan Toney

Movements – TBD – Date TBD

[From previous EP]

Filling up the Brand-New-sized hole in the scene is no small feat, but Movements might just be on the precipice of exactly that. The California-bred four-piece seamlessly translate pain into polyphony, best seen on their stellar 2016 EP Outgrown Things. To this point, they’ve scored major slots opening for Real Friends and Pierce The Veil, and most recently played Warped Tour, but that can only whet fans’ appetites for so long. We’d love to see a full-length from these guys in the (hopefully near) future.—Kika Chatterjee

Neck DeepThe Peace And The Panic – Aug. 18

The pop-punk darlings in Neck Deep have already teased us with three jams off the new album—and they couldn’t be catchier. It’s been two years since the release of Life’s Not Out To Get You, and we can’t wait to see where the band is going to take their sound on the rest of the new record.—Amy Marcus

PVRISAll We Know Of Heaven, All We Need Of Hell – Aug. 25

Good things are worth the wait, which is exactly what PVRIS are out to prove with the release of their second full-length album All We Know Of Heaven, All We Need Of Hell. The follow-up to their 2014 release White Noise, AWKOHAWNOH contains everything we love about PVRIS, alongside a newfound maturity in both their sound and their lyrics. After gracing us with three stellar singles showcasing their ability to be that all-around band, we can't wait for the rest of the album.—Whitney Paxton

SeawayVacation – Sept. 15

We’ve been eagerly awaiting new music from Seaway, and with their third full-length, Vacation, due out next month, we’re ready to relive all the summer vibes on their newest musical venture. If the record’s first single, “Apartment,” is any indicator, our beloved Canadian pop-punks aren’t straying too far from their roots with their forthcoming release. With poppy hooks and stellar dual vocals (not to mention a music video with plenty of adorable pups), their Sept. 15 release date can’t get here soon enough.—Maggie Dickman

TurnoverGood Nature – Aug. 25

Turnover's gradual transformation into the Dudes of Dawdling Dream-Pop has been a refreshing breeze for listeners. The easy-does-it hooks and good-vibes guitar laying the foundation for Austin Getz's vocal delivery is almost too smooth. And based on its first two singles, the aptly titled Good Nature looks to showcase the band's refinement of this new groove.—Brian Leak

Senses FailIf There Is Light It Will Find You – Date TBD

[From previous EP]

We've come to terms with the fact that Senses Fail is frontman Buddy Nielsen's ever-evolving post-hardcore project, and not necessarily a consistent quintet anymore. However, the music that Senses Fail produce is consistently solid, and we can't wait to hear them trace back to their Let It Enfold You (circa 2004) roots in this new album.—Piotr Brozyna

Sleeping With SirensGossip – Sept. 22

Scene mainstays Sleeping With Sirens are set to release their fifth full-length album, Gossip, this fall; and if their first single, “Legends,” proves anything, it’s that the wait will be well worth it. With pop-heavy hooks, lyrics that are undeniably relatable and a stunning APMAs performance under their belt, we’re stuck counting down the days until their Sept. 22 release date.—Maggie Dickman
