Mötley Crüe reveal rescheduled tour dates with Def Leppard and Poison

Mötley Crüe were one of the most recent acts to push a tour planned for this summer amid the coronavirus pandemic. Set to kick off in mid-June with Def Leppard, Poison and Joan Jett And The Blackhearts, the bands announced plans to reschedule earlier this month.

Now, they’re revealing the new dates for the stadium tour for summer 2021. Head below for the full list.

Mötley Crüe haven’t taken to the stage together since Dec. 31, 2015, which marked the final date of their farewell tour. Prior to the kickoff, they signed a “cessation of touring” agreement, which meant that no member could perform under the band’s name moving forward.

In November 2019, Mötley Crüe announced the destruction of their previous agreement in a video narrated by Machine Gun Kelly who played Tommy Lee in Netflix biopic The Dirt. Rumors stirred surrounding a tour with Def Leppard and Poison in December, and the bands confirmed it soon after.

Despite tours getting canceled worldwide, Lee assured fans in April that the shows were still a go for this summer. A few weeks later, the band said the tour was still on until they heard otherwise, stating it wasn’t their decision to make. In May, Poison frontman Bret Michaels said the status was still pending, but the safety of fans and crew was their No. 1 priority.

Now, after deciding to postpone the tour, the bands have revealed the new set of dates kicking off in June 2021.

“We are excited to share the new dates for the Stadium Tour,” the band tweets. “All tickets will be honored for the new dates. If you cannot make the new show, you will receive an email from your ticket provider or you can visit http://livenation.com/refund We look forward to seeing you in 2021!”
