My Chemical Romance just announced four more shows. All four will take place in Europe. The lucky recipients of these shows are Italy, Russia, Ireland and Germany. Most recently, My Chemical Romance announced a UK show with a video titled "An Offering..."

The show sold out immediately, which prompted the band to announce a second date, which also sold out extremely quickly.

My Chemical Romance took to social media to announce their four shows. All four take place in either June or July, following their UK Milton Keynes shows.

My Chemical Romance dropped a skeleton-filled short film titled "An Offering..." previously. The video announced their first UK Milton Keynes show. Before that, a Danger Days-themed teaser was posted with an American flag. Rumors began swirling that another U.S show would be announced, but that has yet to happen.

Surprisingly, these shows were not previously teased. The cryptic nature of My Chemical Romance announcements is to be expected at this point. But, all of these shows were just announced with no extra thrills or frills.

There have been some leaks from the production team suggesting a second part to "An Offering...," time-traveling blog poststheories based on costumes and symbols and setlist theories. All of the cryptic posts keep our palms sweaty and our brains racing.

Tickets for the Bologna, Italy, Dublin, Ireland and Park Live 2020 shows go on sale Jan. 31 at 10 a.m GMT/5 a.m. EST. Ticket sale times for Bonn, Germany are not yet announced.

All information is available here. A full list of dates is below, with the newly added dates in bold.

UPDATE: JAN. 27, 2020, 1:10 P.M. ET

My Chemical Romance have added a third and final UK date after already selling out two stadium shows. We are extremely jealous. Given how quickly the first two dates sold out, we expect this to be the case here as well.  The show is for Thursday, June 18. Tickets go on sale here on Jan. 30 at 9:30 a.m. GMT/4:30 a.m. EST.

Thanks to rhythm guitarist Frank Iero, we know this will be the final Milton Keynes date, at least for now.

dear frendz, due to the absolutely overwhelming demand, we have decided to add a third and final date to our Milton Keynes Stadium run. Thank you to everyone that made this possible. It’s beyond our wildest dreams that we to get to play these shows for you all.
See you at the shows xofrnk

More My Chemical Romance

After My Chemical Romance posted a second show following a quick sellout of their first announced UK show, fans have noticed that tickets bought from Gigs and Tours being resold outside of Twickets will be rendered invalid.

If you weren’t lucky enough to snag a ticket on the first go and are willing to pay the costly resale ticket prices, be extra cautious of where they were originally purchased as some ticket resales will be invalid if not done through the proper channels.

Tickets for the show sold out almost immediately. They were sold through a few different sites, notably Ticketmaster and Gigs and Tours.

A key thing to mention though is that there are multiple sites to buy resale tickets through. People are able to resell their tickets however they want typically, but many companies have their own connections with resale sites and want to get as much back as possible from ticket sales. Some ticket sites also simply prefer to sell through a specific reselling site over their policies regarding prices.

Gigs and Tours say tickets purchased through their site being resold through any place other than Twickets will be invalid.

“Please note: any ticket bought from Gigs & Tours that is no longer required can only be resold through Twickets. Reselling through any other channel will render the ticket(s) invalid,” the site says.

If it’s a ticket purchased through Ticketmaster and being resold through Ticketmaster though, this rule wouldn’t apply.

With both Viagogo and StubHub listings in question, a spokesperson from Viagogo has since released a statement on the situation.

“Arbitrarily canceling a valid ticket, just because of where it was purchased, is both anti-competitive and unfair to fans,” the spokesperson says. “Viagogo is a ticket marketplace designed to connect ticket sellers and other fans looking for tickets. We believe consumers have the right to choose both where to buy their ticket and what to do with it.”

So, if you’re going to drop hundreds or even thousands of dollars on a resale ticket make sure to be extra cautious of all of the details of where it came from.
