The classic My Chemical Romance song “Welcome To The Black Parade” has hit a huge milestone on YouTube. Since the music video was uploaded over nine years ago, it has finally hit 100 million views.

The anthem “Welcome To The Black Parade” is one of the most recognizable bangers on the band’s third full-length record, the Black Parade. At the time of press, the song currently has 100,410,167 views on the streaming site.

In addition to the official music video, there are countless lyric and fan-made videos that have amassed millions of views as well. Additionally, the song has racked up over 200 million plays on Spotify.

Regarded as one of My Chemical Romance’s cinematic masterpieces, the music video visualizes the album’s main character, the Patient, as he approaches death.

However, while “Welcome To The Black Parade” may be regarded as one of My Chemical Romance’s most popular songs, it actually isn’t the most-viewed music video of theirs on YouTube.

In fact, “Teenagers” currently holds the record with 120,311,982 views at the time of press. “Famous Last Words” also has more views than “Welcome To The Black Parade,” with over 103 million views.

Recently, My Chemical Romance frontman Gerard Way’s comic book has been turned into a hit Netflix show. The Umbrella Academy premiered last month and, for a time, was the most-binged TV series on Netflix according to Dark Horse Comics. You can watch the trailer below.
