Members of U.K. pop-punk band Neck Deep are faced by online allegations of misconduct with underage girls. Recently, one girl shared a story (with screenshots) on her Tumblr. While now 17 years old, she claims that the events took place two years ago, when she was 15.

AP has been unable to verify the authenticity of any of these allegations as of press time.

Earlier today, the group acknowledged the situation in a tweet. “We are very aware of the accusations being made and we take them very seriously," the band said. "Please give us a moment to get to the bottom of this.”

A majority of the accusations being made against the group are focused on guitarist Lloyd Roberts and bassist Fil Thorpe-Evans, including sexually explicit messages and photographs.

While Roberts initially addressed the accusations on his personal Twitter earlier today, his account has since been deleted. (A screenshot of his tweets can be seen below.) "If any one thinks I've done something wrong, please tell the police. I'll be more than happy to help," he said in a tweet, later adding, "My previous statement still stands, until the point I hear otherwise I'm going to carry on with my life. Outside the internet."

We have reached out to the band's label and will continue to update this story as it develops.
