Here are all of the new films and shows heading to Netflix UK in August

August is already here which means Netflix is bringing on a ton of new shows and films for the month. This week, Netflix UK has released the full list of content heading to its streaming service next month.

Netflix UK confirms that Twilight and all of the Jackass films up to Jackass 3.5: The Unrated Movie are a few of the movies premiering in August. However, some of them don't have release dates yet.

On Aug. 3, Shia LaBeouf fans will be able to stream Peanut Butter Falcon on Netflix UK. Starring Zack Gottsagen and Dakota Johnson, the film is about a man with Down Syndrome who runs away from a residential nursing home. He dreams of becoming a pro wrestler and during his journey, he befriends an outlaw who becomes his coach and friend.

The highly-anticipated sci-fi thriller Project Power arrives Aug. 14. The film stars Jamie Foxx, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Machine Gun Kelly. In Project Power‘s first trailer, we learn that Foxx plays a former soldier who has made it his mission to stop the spread of these “power pills.” After taking the pills, users experience superpowers including invisibility, super strength and bullet-proof skin. However, the “power pills” also prove to be deadly for some.

As well, August marks the return of the Twilight Saga to Netflix UK. All five films are being added to the streaming service next month. However, Netflix UK has not confirmed premiere dates yet.
