The film drew nearly 122,000 attendees and reached the top five at the box office each night.

They played the unrated version of the film along with special bonus content each night.

On Sept. 16, the film was preceded by a video introduction from Zombie himself, and the first 50 moviegoers at each theatre received an exclusive poster. On Sept. 17, a 30-minute behind-the-scenes feature offered fans a look at the making of the film. On Sept. 18, a double feature was played of predecessor The Devil’s Rejects followed by 3 From Hell.

With the success of the theatrical release, the movie is screening for a fourth and final time on October 14. That means you’ve got one shot if you want to cram it into your Halloween movie binge at the theatres.

The upcoming event will include a special video introduction from Zombie and a brand-new commemorative poster.

Fans throughout the U.S. will be able to catch the film at 500 to 700 different movie theatres. To see if you’ll be able to see the new movie at a theatre near you, check out the list of participating theatre locations here.

Tickets will be set up on a rolling basis starting the week of September 23 and can be purchased here or at participating box offices. If you can’t make one of the screenings, don’t fret since it’s being released digitally the following day.
