Marvel continues its foray into TV, as Variety reports that ABC is developing a sitcom titled Damage Control, based on the comic book clean-up crew of the same name. The series will focus on comedy, a tone which Marvel has experimented with in the humorous Guardians Of The Galaxy and Ant-Man.

Former The Daily Show producer Ben Karlin is heavily involved in the new series, and will take the role of executive producer along with Marvel's TV head, Jeph Loeb. No word yet on whether the series will tie-in with the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but how cool would it be to see the Hulk destroy a building in Avengers: Infinity War, then watch Damage Control clean up the same mess later that week on TV?
