AMC will be working with the virtual reality company Dreamscape Immersive to make this virtual future a reality for both companies. It's hard not to get excited about this partnership when you see who's currently working with Dreamscape. Their current CEO, Bruce Vaughn, actually led Walt Disney Company's Imagineering creative division.

AdAge also reports that “former Disney executive Tom Staggs, former Warner Bros. executive Dan Fellman and composer Hans Zimmer are among its advisers.” Director Steven Spielberg has also invested in the company.

Dreamscape's first location will be at the Westfield Century City Mall in Los Angeles, California along with six locations coming in the next 18 months to both North America and the United Kingdom. While AMC is currently investing $10 million dollars to the company, some of the location will be purely be Dreamscape arcades, while others will actually be featured inside AMC Theaters.

There's currently no information about what kind of games or interactive movies might be featured in these arcades, but we're excited to see more news come out of both of these companies.
