It has been nearly two years since American Satan‘s spinoff series Paradise City was announced. After a long period of waiting, we finally got the good news in December that it would hit the small screen in 2020

Now, we received even more terrific news that our first teaser trailer for the rock band show is arriving May 1.

After a dark period of light news following its announcement, we finally started hearing word of Paradise City in December.

We learned the show was coming in 2020 and that it has eight episodes. We also got a new look at the Relentless and Bella Thorne in the role of Lily Mayflower.

Then, a bit closer to the new year, we learned some details about one the late-actor Cameron Boyce‘s final roles—Simon Ostergaard. Boyce died suddenly in July of 2019

In that update, we saw a picture of Ostergaard’s band—the Flux.

Produced and directed by Sumerian Records founder Ash Avildsen, the American Satan film debuted Oct. 13, 2017. It starred Black Veil Brides frontman Andy Biersack and Asking Alexandria guitarist Ben Bruce among others. The duo were among the members of the Relentless with Biersack’s vocals coming from Palaye Royale frontman Remington Leith.

The American Satan spinoff was first announced in June 2018 with the original cast teasing their return in September of that year. Bruce confirmed he would be returning with Biersack and former pro-wrestler Natalie Eva Marie signed on as a new addition in November 2018.

Twilight actor Booboo Stewart also returned after the original film appearing alongside new addition Bella Thorne in a behind-the-scenes photo in May

The show is set to have a rock-steady cast of talent as we also got the news last summer that Sleeping With Sirens frontman Kellin Quinn joined the cast. Then, earlier in December, we learned that Juliet Simms would also play a role in Paradise City.
