“'Into The Night' is about walking the person you love through a nightmare,” frontman Tom DeLonge tells Rolling Stone. “I believe that we all encounter those we love in our dreams all of the time.”

The band’s upcoming effort will accompany DeLonge’s new book,  Poet Anderson …Of Nightmares, which is due out October 6 through New York publishing company Simon & Schuster. (Pre-orders are on sale now.)
