Architects share with fans that "Gone With The Wind" references late guitarist's cancer battle

Over the past weekend, guitarist Tom Searle of Architects tragically passed away after a three-year battle with cancer.

The band has addressed the meaning of “Gone With The Wind,” a track from their latest album All Our Gods Have Abandoned Us, saying “this song will now be understood in a context that we had hoped would never come to pass.”

There has been an outpour of support from fans and bands since the news, something that Architects thanked everyone for in the same post.

A JustGiving page has been set up to raise money for the Hospice center where Tom was cared for in his final days.
