College students nationwide chose their favorite artists and music of the year as mtvU, MTV’s college network, held the second-annual Woodie Awards last night, Nov 2. The ceremony featured performances from Death Cab For Cutie, the Go! Team, Saul Williams and more, and appearances from Lou Reed, Phillip Seymour Hoffman, Coheed And Cambria, Aesop Rock, the Arcade Fire, Fall Out Boy, Green Day, mewithoutYou, RZA and the Like.
