Ryan Adams adds West Coast dates

Ryan Adams has announced West Coast tour dates for early next year. Adams and his band, the Cardinals, have been on tour since early fall in support of their most recent album, Easy Tiger, which was released this June on Lost Highway. Tickets go onsale Nov. 30, except for the San Diego date, which is onsale now.
