Testament to release new record in 2008

Brutal metal gods Testament are currently in the studio under the watchful eye of producer Andy Sneap (Killswitch Engage, Opeth) recording what will be their first studio album in nine years.
The album, The Formation Of Damnation, will be hitting shelves on Apr. 29, 2008 via Nuclear Blast. In addition to the new release, the band have two re-issues, ’99s The Gathering and ’97s Demonic, dropping on Jan. 6, 2008 via Prosthetic Records.
