The Hold Steady start recording new album next month

Indie rock face-melters the Hold Steady have announced that they will be heading back into the studio in January to record the follow-up to 2006’s Boys And Girls In America. According to the band’s website they are currently finishing preproduction with producer John Agnello and are looking forward to spending January and February laying tracks for the yet untitled album.
