Vanna nearly completed with LP2; tour with Ligeia next

Boston emo-metalcore act Vanna have nearly finished work on their second full-length. As yet untitled, the album is being completed with producer Steve Evetts (Saves The Day, Dillinger Escape Plan, the Cure) and is slated for an early 2009 release on Epitaph.

The band last released Curses, whose production was handled by Matt Bayles, in 2007.

They’ll also leave for a nearly two month-long tour with Ligeia in a few days.
