My Bloody Valentine to record new album

Shoegaze legends My Bloody Valentine will be recording a new album soon.

The band last released the critically acclaimed and massively influential Loveless in 1991 on Sire.

No word on a backing label or release date for the reunited act, who have a few dates in California coming up at the end of this month.
