(+44) begin recording next album

(+44) have begun recording their sophomore full-length and followup to 2006’s When Your Heart Stops Beating (Interscope).

The band is documenting the process at their Twitter page, where they’re also posting links to studio videos.

Being that the first thing usually tracked during a recording is drums, one wonders how drummer Travis Barker can even think about playing barely a week after being released from the hospital for treatment of severe burns suffered in a life-threatening airplane crash.
