Liferuiner break up

Straight-edge hardcore act Liferuiner (not to be confused with the plain ol’ Baltimore-based hardcore band Ruiner) have called it quits.

The band didn’t quite outline reasons in its MySpace blog posting, but they did mention that their last show will be November 1st at The Greasepit in Milford, CT. Additionally, their new material will be released on Uprising–perhaps as a full-length in March 2009, as was originally planned.

The band previously released two albums: 2007’s No Saints on Tribunal and this year’s Taking Back The Night Life on Uprising. Other releases included a 2004 demo titled Are You Offended Yet?, a 2006 live release and another demo the same year.
