Kevin Devine and Jesse Lacey talk touring, the record industry

Kevin Devine recently spoke with Alter The Press in an interview that can be read here, in which Devine was joined by frequent tourmate and Brand New frontman Jesse Lacey a few questions in.

The pair talk about the circle of friends that came about in the last few years, touring, and their views on the current state of the music industry. They also talk a bit about Devine’s upcoming record, as well as the label it’ll appear on: Brand New’s Procrastinate! Music Traitors.

It’s a rare press appearance for Lacey, whose band granted only three interviews or so for press on 2006’s The Devil And God Are Raging Inside Me.
