Another suit results from Travis Barker’s plane crash

The widow of Travis Barker assistant Chris Baker, who died in the infamous plane crash this summer, is the latest plaintiff to join the fray in suits against companies involved in the crash. Barker filed suit last month.

Indeed, the suit is against the same companies: Clay Lacy Aviation, Goodyear Tire and Rubber, Bombardier Inc., Global Exec Aviation and Inter Travel & Services. The widow, Otilia Villar Baker, alleges negligence and wrongful death and seeks unspecified damages.
