Max Bemis talks next Say Anything album

Say Anything's Max Bemis recently spoke about their upcoming self-titled album, which the band is currently recording.

"I think what people like about Say Anything is going to come out even stronger on this record," he said. "It's not like we're suddenly becoming another band. It's like we're embracing who we are to the fullest extent. That's why it's self-titled.

"This is the first record that actual true love is explored on — love for other people, love for the higher power, love for music and love for little things."

Say Anything is expected out later this year on J, following on 2007's In Defense Of The Genre.
