Saving Abel guitarist accused of sexual assault

Guitarist Jason Null of modern-rock outfit Saving Abel is facing charges that he allegedly forced a 17-year-old girl to perform a sex act following a concert last Tuesday in Oakland, California. Null, 33, and band employee Brandon Danger, 21, were arraigned Friday on charges of forced oral copulation and forced oral copulation on a minor. Null pleaded not guilty and his attorney calls the charges "baseless." Danger has yet to enter a plea. Authorities say the girl was lured onto the band’s tour bus under the pretense that she would be in a rock video, but was instead forced into the sex act.
