AltPress exclusive: Paint It Black to record with Kurt Ballou

Alternative Press has learned that Philadelphia hardcore unit Paint It Black will enter Salem, Massachusetts’ God City Studio with producer Kurt Ballou (Converge) this April to record nine new songs. It’s not entirely clear yet whether these songs will make up a new LP or will be spread out among multiple 7-inches, but we’re leaning toward the latter. When we learn more, we’ll bring it to you.



It’s entirely possible the band will road-test these songs on their March tour with Propagandhi (dates).
