Ch-check it out

In celebration of Beastie Boys‘ 24th anniversary, Capitol Records has decided to pay tribute to their second (or third) best band ever: Michael "Mike D" Diamond, Adam "Adrock" Horovitz and Adam "MCA" Yauch-known collectively as Beastie Boys-will be lionized Nov. 8 with the release of Solid Gold Hits. (And before you ask, no, the group is not breaking up.) The 15-track disc covers the group‘s entire career, and if you‘re on top of your game, you can snag the CD/DVD combo one before your local independent record store runs out. To get psyched up, we bring you a live video of "Brass Monkey," created when the Boys gave out 50 digital video cameras to the audience. This is the edited clip, it‘s rather sweet, and you can view it in Windows Media (lo/hi), Real Video (lo/hi) or QuickTime (lo/hi/Cheech & Chong).
