Travis Barker settles plane crash lawsuit

The lawsuit filed by Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker against companies involved in his Sept. 2008 plane crash has been settled. In Nov. 2008, Barker sued Learjet–the makers of the airplane–along with the plane’s owners and Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. claiming that the companies improperly maintained the plane. The accident killed everyone on board except for Barker and Adam “DJ AM” Goldstein, who has since died of a drug overdose.

A lawyer for the defendants, William L. Robinson, confirmed that the case had been settled and that the details are confidential.
