As It Is did a fantastic job reworking their songs into different styles on their Denial: Reimagined EP, and it appears they’re back at it.

The band released a new EP, Anger: Reimagined, today with three new versions of tracks from The Great Depression.

They recorded an ’80s pop-infused version of “The Stigma (Boys Don’t Cry),” while “The Handwritten Letter” received an acoustic retouching. Lastly, As It Is went hardcore for a new rendition of “The Question, The Answer.”

The band announced the new EP along with a range of options for vinyl collectors to get their hands on. The 7-inch vinyl is available now and you can pick up a copy here.

You can check out all three of the reimagined tracks in the players below.

More on As It Is

The British rockers recently invited celebrity drag queen Trixie Mattel to roast them in person in Liverpool. To make matters even funnier, Mattel invited them to her comedy show where As It Is requested to learn a thing or two about makeup from the drag queen afterwards.

Unfortunately, they couldn’t meet up due to both of their shows happening simultaneously. You can see how the Twitter exchange went down below.

Which reimagined song is your favorite? Would you like to see the band write in any of these styles more often? Let us know in the comments below?
