Guitarist Ben Bruce shares the news via Twitter, the musician promising an “insane” Sunday show at the Diamond Pub Concert Hall for local fans and those who made travel arrangements to Louisville, Kentucky, for the canned fest.

“LOUISVILLE – WE ARE STILL COMING FOR YOU,” Bruce says. “Louder Than Life has been cancelled so we decided to put on our own show for you guys. Tickets are just $1 at the door. THIS IS GOING TO BE INSANE. See you all there.”

In other band-related developments, Asking Alexandria vocalist Danny Worsnop and Victoria Potter just got engaged, and the group released an acoustic version of their 2017 album openerAlone In A Room” last summer.

Were you planning on attending Louder Than Life? Are you going to catch Asking Alexandria in Louisville this Sunday, Sept. 30, instead? Sound off in the comments!
