Asking Alexandria's new album tops the Hard Rock Albums chart

Congrats to Asking Alexandria! The band's new, self-titled album is reaching some admirable positions on the week's Billboard charts—check it out.

AA's new album, their first with vocalist Danny Worsnop in five years, just dropped Dec. 15 via Sumerian Records. As noted by Lambgoat, the release debuts at No. 1 on Billboard's Hard Rock Albums chart for the week of Jan. 3, 2018, just ahead of One More Light Live by Linkin Park (at No. 2) and Five Finger Death Punch's A Decade Of Destruction (at No. 4).

It don't stop there, however, as Asking Alexandria's new album also hits at No. 2 for Top Rock Albums (just below Imagine Dragons' Evolve) and No. 27 on the Billboard 200 albums chart. Taking a look back (per Billboard), the band's previous full-length—2016's The Black, with former AA vocalist Denis Stoff—launched at No. 9 on the Billboard 200.
