Avenged Sevenfold release new song, video for “The Stage”

After Avenged Sevenfold dropped hints towards something new in the coolest way possible, the band just revealed a new song “The Stage,” along with an eerie new video, which you can check out below.

This is Avenged Sevenfold’s first material since their 2013 album Hail To The King.

They teased some new music in April—but have been quiet about a new album, instead playing a handful of festivals this past summer (including an intimate show after Houston Open Air was canceled) and a few tour dates with Volbeat and Killswitch Engage.
