Avril Lavigne announces first tour dates in five years

Avril Lavigne has announced fall shows in North America, her first tour in five years, for her most recent album Head Above Water. 

Lavigne announced the 15-date tour on her social media with a video.

Head Above Water dropped in February, and it was her first record since the “Sk8r Boi” singer was diagnosed with Lyme disease in 2014. You can listen to the full album below. 

General admission tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. here. One dollar from each ticket will be donated to the Avril Lavigne Foundation which supports people with Lyme Disease.
